I'm Liv, the General Operations Manager at Dexory and I have been here for just over six months. I built a 10-year career in the care industry, getting into management at the young age of 23, and an operations manager at 26 years old and last year I made the big choice to completely change my career, and here I am!

I've been working in sales since I finished university, starting as a salesperson in Lithuania before moving to the UK to work for a big corporate organisation. I never imagined I'd stay in one place for 15 years, but I did. Eventually, I felt the need for a change, which led me to Dexory.
