Does Dexory offer any remote work options?
We have a team with a wide range of skills and fall into many different disciplines.Some of our roles such as our assembly and build team, need to be very hands-on, and therefore are onsite five days a week. However some roles allow for flexible, hybrid working.With most of our teams we set out a once a week minimum office attendance, we are starting to see more and more of our team missing the social interactions and so see a lot of the team coming in several times a week, to spend time working together with peers, to work closer with the robotic platforms and get out of the home office.We are flexible with start and finish times as we know everyone has a life outside of work, so our core hours are 10 am - 4 pm, where we are all contactable and the rest of the hours are up to you, based on a 40 hour working week.
